Hi, my name is Sophia. I’ve worked with different teams across marketing, finance, engineering, and customer service by helping them leverage user experience and CX. I am a UX/UI Product Designer with ten years of design background in visual branding. I enjoy the process of connecting the dots and finding solutions. Observing users' behavior and how they do certain behavior is really interesting. Figuring out how it works together is fun and challenging. And seeing my design used by the end-users is very rewarding.

In my free time, I love to explore the new city and try new food and drinks. It’s fun and fresh. Giving me a new way of looking at things. And I also enjoy watersports like kayaking and paddleboarding.
