I led a collaborative effort to redesign the Moneygram microsite, with the goal of improving the user experience and increasing conversions.
Working with a cross-functional team that included a project manager, SEO specialist, marketing specialist, and developers, I conducted research, developed wireframes, and tested design concepts with users. The final design included a cleaner and more intuitive interface, improved content and messaging, and an overall increase in user engagement.
The result was a significant increase in conversions and user satisfaction, demonstrating the impact of user-centered design and effective collaboration.
